Terms and Conditions
Order Confirmation
We will acknowledge receipt of your order promptly but a contract will only be formed between us when we confirm your order by email to the address provided by you. We will do this once we have received full payment from you.
Price
The price to be paid by you will be the price advertised on our website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes.
All transactions will be processed via Paypal using a secure server. We do not store any of your credit card details.
Postage and Packing are shown on the checkout page and delivery page & cover deliveries within the UK only.We do not deliver outside of the UK
Delivery
All internet orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of confirmation. This will be by courier or Royal Mail, whichever we deem to be more appropriate. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, or faulty TCD Foods will not be liable for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods dispatched. Please let us know of any problems as soon as you become aware of them; and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 7 days, but in any case, full payment must be received before dispatch.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Guarantee
Trees Can’t Dance want to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If any goods are damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods, Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling, we will credit you in full or send you a replacement order. We will arrange for the damaged or defective goods to be returned to us.
Again, your statutory rights are unaffected
Law
English law will apply to the contract between us and the English courts will have jurisdiction in the case of any dispute
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you have no call to return anything purchased through our website. In the unlikely event that a product is found to be unsatisfactory contact us through any of the means listed on our contact us page.
We will of course refund you the cost of any defective product and, if for any reason we need you to return the product to us or to the manufacturer, any postage costs incurred.
